The flag (since December 11, 1999) of the Tameïan People's Socialist Republic, a fictional island country in the Indian Ocean. The nine points on each star represent the nine major islands, where most of the population lives and where the 1934 Revolution began; the stars are fourteen, each one representing one of the Departments the country is subdivided into.
