=====Clitic Chaining=====
=====Clitic Chaining=====
A phenomenon seen in Vadi nouns is ''clitic chaining'', whereby two affixes, and more rarely three or more, become conjoined to each other to convey more precise syntactic information of the host noun.  This is seen in the majority of cases whereby a possessor noun, marked with the genitive clitic, licenses additional affixes.  The possessor noun indicates the semantic role of its head.
