Note that offsets from Cerian time are given in base 10 notation of ''Calémerian'' time: 53′40″10 (45′34″12) in Calémerian time corresponds to ~49′04″ on Earth time.

There is no daylight saving time in the Inquisition: like in the countries of Greater Skyrdagor and of the former Kaiṣamā, temperate areas use different sets of summer and winter schedules instead. In the Inquisition, all dioceses entirely north of the 30th parallel north as well as Hachitama (which only has 1% of its territory south of it) and Mārmalūdven (which has 95% of its population north of it) adopt summer and winter schedules.
There is no daylight saving time in the Inquisition: like in the countries of Greater Skyrdagor and of the former Kaiṣamā, temperate areas use different sets of summer and winter schedules instead. In the Inquisition, all dioceses whose territory and/or population lies mostly north of 30ºN adopt summer and winter schedules.

All countries of Greater Skyrdagor and most of the former Kaiṣamā only have a 4″ difference between their time and the Inquisition's, as a "compromise time" in order to have more synchronized schedules both with the West and with the Chlouvānem world. The whole country of Skyrdagor, for example, is in time zone CER+9:49′.
