:: Hey! I haven't registered Harākti there yet (but I have one of my other conlangs) so the code isn't actually related to that. That's why the code doesn't really follow the rules. :: I know but I didn't want to use a code that is already in use or will have been in use by the time I register the language, it might cause some confusion :) Maybe I could change them once it's registered (although that would create a lot of work for the admis or whoever can delete pages :P). You are correct - I must be confused by the fact that the code is initial, and thus capitalised! ^^ Nevertheless, when you decide to change your code, do tell, and I'll make the changes.
