I speak only two natural languages, German and French. I began learning German in High School because of my interest in the German language and culture. In addition to cultural aspects, I have ancestors who immigrated from (German-speaking) Switzerland. I am a | I am a bibliophiliac - one who loves books. I am also an amateur linguist, dabbling in morphology, etymology, and syntax. I developed my love of languages and linguistics about a year ago, and learned a great deal since then about it.
