Goals'''
My goal for this language is pretty much just to have something that looks and sounds nice to me, and possibly have it be seen as good enough for some people to try to learn it someday, when it's more complete. That'd be cool.

'''Setting'''
Trollish is spoken by the Trolls of my conworld, which I call in English "Crescentia" because I have a habit of making my landmasses crescent-shaped. Crescentia currently has no endonyms. Well, no endonyms that I didn't hate and throw away practically the next day after thinking them up. Maybe there'll be a few good ones someday. But anyway, regardless of what their world is called, that's where they live. To be more specific, they live in an island nation that I (very creatively) call Toromar (or Tolomar ; I'm always going back and forth over whether I want it to be an R or an L) which just means "Troll-Land."

In their earliest days, the Trolls were more like the traditional depiction of Trolls as big, dumb, violent brutes. They
This is a short reminder of the language format policy.

I. Write a short piece stating your intents and purposes when creating the language (Design goal, inspiration, ideas, and so on).
II. Write a short introduction to your language. (Who speaks it? When was it created? By whom? or what? are some example questions that can be answered here)
III. Once done, try making sure everything is properly spelt so as to avoid unnecessary reader fatigue.
==Introduction==

'''//Been typing this up for a good while now. There's still a bit more to put down, but I'm gonna call it a day where I'm at now. I'm tired of looking at this at the moment. I'll be back later. (tired sigh)//
'''
Ogros is a sketchlang started a long time ago. I want to say it was either my senior year of highschool in 2012, or sometime in 2015 or early 2016. Whatever the case, I worked on it for like a day or two, and then forgot about it. I rediscovered it in late 2016, and then...forgot about it again, lol. In my defense, though, I think the big move halfway across the country happened not too long after that. Anyway, I've re-rediscovered it, and I wanna actually work on it again, and I figured a good way to get things started would be to put down what I had so far, and what little bit I've added to it since its resurfacing.

Verbs make up the majority of the work I've done so far.

====Infinitive====
The infinitive is formed by taking the root, taking the final vowel in it and adding -k, and sticking that after the initial consonant. If the root begins with a vowel, it goes right in front.

Dosh > Dokosh
''To Wake Up
''

====Present Indicative====
The Present Indicative (or just 'the present' because I don't yet have any subjunctive forms) makes only the distinction between a singular subject or a plural one. This might change later, but that's how it works right now.

For a singular subject, the present form is just the root form. If you have a plural subject, you add the suffix -yar.

Akan zawaz.
''The man dances.''

==Introduction==

Hali Nïwor was created in the summer of 2017, originally as a sort of re-do for Nïw Poâla, but it quickly changed into its own thing. The one major thing I kept from Nïw Poâla was the orthography, which I like a lot, with the exception of the circumflex vowel, which in NP indicated that /h/ preceded the vowel. In Hali Nïwor we just write an h.

Some outstanding features of the language are different noun classes that can make different (sometimes wildly different) meanings from the same root, a closed set of verbs '''//That's kinda changing now. It's still a bit restricted, but the list continues to slowly grow, which it wasn't originally supposed to//''' , a lack of "real" adjectives, a wealth of affixes that can be used create even deeper meanings, and a set of optional "commentary particles" which can be used to give extra information like how you feel about an action, how good or bad you are at it, and even the circumstances under which you find yourself performing the action (willing decision, under orders, doing it out of necessity, and whatever else)

'''//Okay, that's a bit further than where I had left off -- in mid-sentence no less! -- so that should at least satisfy you if you wanted to know what I was going to say.
